Kim is unmatched in her ability to form apartment communities that are desirable to residents and profitable to investors.Įspecially energetic, inventive, and creative, Kim has produced and implemented successful on-site training programs, manuals, conferences, and policies and procedures for her colleagues, and serves as an influential mentor and means of support to the entire Pre/3 management team. ![]() Kim’s Associate Degrees in Applied Science in Marketing and Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI aptly prepared her for her remodeling and rebranding responsibilities at Pre/3 she develops and works within a budget to rehabilitate and restore properties into attractive, reputable communities. In addition to overseeing the management of over 2,500 apartment units, Kim is also charged with establishing newly developed and acquired properties, marketing and occupying them, and hiring and training their onsite teams. Following, Kim spent nine years as a Regional Manager in property management and seven years as Executive Director of Field Operations, before joining Pre/3 in 2017. Kim’s introduction to the industry involved her single-handedly managing the daily operations of a 233-unit apartment community her success in transforming the development’s reputation within the community lent itself to her work as a Community Housing Specialist, where she worked directly with HUD and WHEDA and cultivated her proficiency in every facet of the Section 8 and Section 42 housing programs. ![]() With over 25 years of experience in property management, Kim Stair has demonstrated her expertise in market-rate, Section 8, LIHTC (Section 42), student, and senior housing.
